The diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the information system and the proposal of changes. The starting point for the analytical and design part was the theoretical basis of the issue. The methods used are from the project management environment. The output of this work are suggestions for the organization should strengthen the weaknesses of the information system. Furthermore, the implementation of a tool for project management, including the necessary funds and its alternatives. All proposals for possible solutions are aimed at the company, which operates in the segment of human resources.
Business Plan

This thesis deals with the development and creation of a business plan itself, which should serve to establish a pension in Mestecko Trnavka. Theoretical foundations are formulated in the second chapter, where also explains various concepts for a proper understanding of the issue. The next section presents an analysis of the current situation and custom design solutions business plan for opening a particular business accommodation Trnava pension. In conclusion, I will evaluate the targets and the objectives of the work here is to confirm or refute the hypothesis.
The Product Marketing Strategy

This thesis is dedicated to the problematics of e-shop revitalization. Its main goal is to provide a proposal of an adequate marketing strategy for product lines, offered on the e-shop of selected company, based on performed analyses and research. The thesis is divided into three main chapters which represent theoretical points, analytical part and an original solution proposal. Theoretical framework definition is followed by internal and external environment analysis, which creates prerequisities for the marketing research realization itself. Observed results form a base for suitable marketing strategy design.
Marketing Strategy of the Accommodation Facility

The aim of this diploma thesis is to set a marketing strategy for accommodation facility based on theoretical knowledge, carried out analysis and survey of customer satisfaction. As an accommodation facility has been selected a family guesthouse called Penzion Na Špičáku which is located in Český Krumlov. This diploma thesis explains terms as a marketing, strategic marketing, marketing strategy, strategic marketing process and other important terms for well understanding of given topic. For the research in this thesis, there are selected analysis of internal and external environment, competition analysis, SWOT analysis and short questionnaire of customer satisfaction. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the analysis of impacts on other similar accommodation facilities has been added into this thesis. Based on the outcome of the research and analysis, there is suggested a marketing strategy and actions that would lead to higher competitiveness of chosen guesthouse.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a web presentation of the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem focusing on the support of tourism. The essence of the thesis is the analysis of the existing web presentation of the town, the tourism in this destination and the creation of a web presentation proposal based on the requirements of the municipality. To determine the usability of the existing web site in the field of tourism the questionnaire survey and the time limited search of information were used by the research participants.

Bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of the selected company in the area of a non-governmental medical facility operation based on the methods of examination of the external and internal environment and the subsequent determination of SWOT matrix. Outcome of this work is to design a strategy for the development of the company examined using methods Balance Scorecard (BSC).
